NJHS Project

Before winter break, one of our National Junior Honor Society students organized a school-wide project to help support the Salvation Army. For this project, students collected cans, cashed them in at their local recycling center, and donated that cash to their local Salvation Army.

This was a fantastic project not only for uniting BSO as a school community, but also encouraging students all over the state to contribute to their local communities and help out the homeless population through the Salvation Army.

We want to recognize this National Junior Honor Society student for her efforts, and hope you feel inspired to enact change in your own community!

Above is a picture of Ms. Henschel and her family donating to their local Salvation Army for this project.

We are so proud of ALL of our BSO NHS members!
